2. If you havent bought the Tools buy them
3. Start a New Game and click on Free Draw
4. Click on the Pencil on the bottom left
5. Choose the Tool you cant use
6. Click on the top where the colors are to add another one
7. Go all the way down and buy a Color
8. There now you can use the Tool you werent able to use
